Caroline’s years of real estate experience, market knowledge, and background in both the corporate world and small business ownership bring strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Koah’s experience in property management, title, and real estate operations brings a valuable understanding of ownership, investments, organization, and the details that help create a successful transaction.
A Little About Us
Originally from France and having spent more than 30 years in California, Caroline has called Northern Nevada home since 2016. She has been a full-time REALTOR serving Carson Valley and surrounding communities since 2017.
Caroline's professional journey has always centered around serving people. Her background includes careers in finance and hospitality, years of experience in communication and project management, and owning her own online business since 2011. Combined with her years in real estate, these experiences have shaped the thoughtful, organized, and client-focused approach she brings to every transaction.
Outside of real estate, Caroline loves embracing all that life has to offer—from hiking and exploring nature to traveling, reading, completing 1,000-piece puzzles, and discovering new places to dine with her husband.
Raised in a small town, Koah has always valued community, family, and taking care of the people around her. Her background in property management, title, and customer service has given her a well-rounded understanding of real estate and the importance of communication, organization, and attention to detail.
As a mom, family is at the center of Koah’s life. She believes in making memories, embracing each moment, and helping others create a life they love. That same passion for people and connection is what she brings to every client relationship.
